Standard delivery across Kazakhstan is 5,000 ₸, to Russia 5,000 ₸ (about 1,000 ₽), paid with the second half or up front. Premium includes delivery in the price. The book is made in a single copy, and the parcel is insured.

What people usually ask
- Will it arrive before New Year?
- Usually yes, if you approve the whole book by 25 December in Almaty or by 20 December in other cities of Kazakhstan. Start early: you write at your own pace, and printing and delivery take a few days.
- How do I get the discount?

- Can it be a surprise?
- Yes. You write the book about someone you love. They do not need to do anything and will first see the book when they hold it.
- I am not a writer
- You do not need to be. The questions ask for stories and small details, not an essay. You can speak instead of typing. The assistant turns your words into connected text and adds nothing of its own.
- Can I write it with my family?
- Yes, Premium has up to five storytellers: each answers from their own phone, and all the answers go into one book.
